Enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year is now OPEN!
Call the school at 620-672-5651 if you are interested in enrolling your student/s
prior to filling out any forms.
Once you’ve called and gotten the go ahead, please scroll down this page to find everything you need to enroll your student/s!
Returning Student Enrollment Procedure
We are excited for another year! Please complete the following:
- Returning Student Enrollment Form
- View the PK-5th Grade School Supply List and/or the 6th-12th School Supply List
- We encourage all families to complete the Application for Free and Reduced Price School Meals
- Visit the Nurse's Corner to see if any other forms are applicable to your child
- PreK & Kindergarten parents must complete complete two Ages & Stages questionnaires with your child: Ages and Stages Questionaire-2 (social/emotional development) and Ages and Stages Questionaire-3 (communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving, and personal social skills).
New Student Enrollment Procedure
If you live INSIDE of our district, please complete the following:
- New Student Enrollment Form
- Provide a copy of a legal birth certificate to the school
- Provide a completed medical form to the school
- View the PK-5th Grade School Supply List and/or the 6th-12th School Supply List
- We encourage all families to complete the Application for Free and Reduced Price School Meals
- Visit the Nurse's Corner to see if any other forms are applicable to your child
