We would love to hear from you! Interested families should call our friendly front office staff at 620-672-5651. This call should happen prior to filling out any enrollment forms. Our staff will be able to find answers to any question you have, and walk you through the steps needed to enroll your child/ren.

Your out of district application form must be filled out PRIOR to filling out this form, if you live outside of our district.
This form is for returning students only.
If your student is NEW to Skyline, arrangements MUST be made with Skyline School Nurse Marie Hayes by emailing mhayes@skylineschools.org or calling the front office at 620-672-5651 to provide the following physical forms PRIOR to their first day of school: -Birth Certificate (legal copy) -Immunization Records (found on link) -Health Assessment/Physical (found on link)
