If you have a preschool or new student coming to Skyline this year, please remember that you will need to provide a copy of their birth certificate, immunizations, and well child physical. The birth certificate must be a copy of the actual birth certificate and not a copy of the hospital record. Well child physicals can be done with the county health department or with your family physician. These documents can be brought to enrollment or to the school any time before school starts. If the school nurse contacted you last year about missing documentation please have this available before the start of school.
The following is the approved fees for the upcoming school year. We will be sending out enrollment information with a breakdown of your family’s fees.2018Fees

The Skyline Schools Foundation would like to thank everyone who made our 50th Anniversary Celebration such a success! It was a great night to reconnect with friends, family, teachers, neighbors and administrators! Many have asked for a transcript of Justin Moore’s speech he delivered at the end of night. Here it is for you to read his great speech about growing up as a student at Skyline. https://www.doublearrowmetabolism.com/blog/skyline-school-celebrated-50-years-i-got-to-be-there
Dear Skyline Parents:
With all of the illnesses still affecting our Skyline families, I would like to remind everyone of our illness policy.
We are still seeing cases of strep and influenza. If your child is complaining of a sore throat, cough, chills, fever, body aches, rash, and/or headaches please keep your child home from school, and call your family doctor for further instructions to see if your child requires evaluation in their clinic.
Please remember that your child must be fever free without the use of fever reducing medication (i.e. Tylenol or Motrin) before returning to school. If your child is prescribed antibiotic they must be taking it for 24 hours before returning to school.
If your child is vomiting or having episodes of diarrhea they must be symptom free for 24 hours before returning to school. A good rule of thumb is if they are able to keep 2 consecutive meals down in a 24 period they should be fine to return to school.
Thank you for helping to try to control the continuation of any illnesses here at Skyline. We are doing what we can to provide a clean and safe environment for all our students.
Heidi McKennon, School Nurse
